1.No refunds will be provided for classes that a student has already attended.
2.All requests for cancellation of classes must be sent to careers@englishtalking.online.
3.A valid refund request from a student must be made using their registered email id.
4.Students must cancel classes for a subject at least 24 hours before the upcoming class.
5.Refund requests from students will be considered by English Talking if they are reasonable. Upon receiving the request, we will review and inform the student via email.
6.If English Talking discontinues or cancels classes for a subject, we will refund the amount paid by the student to their wallet, not exceeding the total amount paid.
7.If classes are discontinued before completion, the refundable amount will be based on the remaining classes.
8.Refunds will be credited directly to the student's wallet for future use and will not be processed to their bank account.
